Intensive Outpatient Program for Eating Disorders
The intensive outpatient program is a comprehensive eating disorder program provided by licensed therapists, clinicians, and dietitians. Clients receive 11 hours of treatment each week: 9 hours of group therapy, 1 hour of individual therapy, and 1 hour of nutrition counseling. Group sessions are 3.5-hours long, 3 days per week.
Resilience RecoverED is a 6-week program. Program delivery alternates between the telehealth platform and on-site services each 6 weeks.
Resilience RecoverED IOP is appropriate for:
Adults ages 18 and older with a diagnosis of Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Atypical Eating Disorder, other documented eating disorder, or someone who exhibits disordered eating behaviors or thought processes related to eating, food, weight, body image, and/or related concerns.
Someone who needs to more support than what can be provided in a traditional outpatient setting but is stable enough medically and emotionally that a high level of supervision and structure is not required.
Someone who is coming directly from an inpatient, residential, or partial hospitalizaiton program who needs a “step down” program to better transition to an outpatient setting.

Resilience RecoverED IOP allows clients to access treatment from the safety and privacy of their own homes. There is no need to travel to obtain specialty treatment. Services are provided online using a client’s own laptop, computer or tablet.

The IOP program uses brain-based neurobiological tools, mindfulness skills, experiential therapies, body image support, and wellness activities all online to ensure that clients gain the skills needed to build new patterns for a healthier life.
