Resilience RecoverED

Virtual Intensive Outpatient Program for Eating Disorders

The virtual intensive outpatient program is a comprehensive eating disorder program provided by licensed therapists, clinicians, and dietitians. Clients receive 11 hours of treatment each week: 9 hours of group therapy, 1 hour of individual therapy, and 1 hour of nutrition counseling.

Schedule (subject to change):

Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 12:30pm-4:00pm

Resilience RecoverED has a minimum program commitment of 6 weeks. Participants can extend their programming beyond 6 weeks as indicated. Admission is permitted at the beginning of each cycle or on a rolling basis. This program is provided on-line in real time, so there are some technological requirements and need for a reliable internet connection.

Resilience RecoverED IOP is appropriate for:

Adults ages 18 and older with a diagnosis of Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Atypical Eating Disorder, other documented eating disorder, or someone who exhibits disordered eating behaviors or thought processes related to eating, food, weight, body image, and/or related concerns.

Someone who needs to more support than what can be provided in a traditional outpatient setting but is stable enough medically and emotionally that a high level of supervision and structure is not required.

Someone who is coming directly from an inpatient, residential, or partial hospitalizaiton program who needs a “step down” program to better transition to an outpatient setting.

Why Telebehavioral Health IOP?

Resilience RecoverED IOP allows clients to access treatment from the safety and privacy of their own homes. There is no need to travel to obtain specialty treatment. Services are provided online using a client’s own laptop, computer or tablet.
